Danube Rice Farm

An enterprise that is operating on the territory of the Leskovsky Village Council, the main crop of which is rice. The company operates on land with a total area of ​​3259 ha and is working on a continuous increase in the sown area of ​​rice.

In 2018, the farm purchased 160 tons of new Italian rice seeds and planted the largest amount of rice for the entire period of operation of the enterprise - 1790 hectares. In 2019, the farm planted 1771 hectares of rice, of which 770 hectares, this is premium, the best rice variety in Ukraine. In 2017 - 2018, 10 units of new equipment were purchased, as well as attachments. The purchase of new equipment contributes and improves all types of fieldwork, which positively affects the results of work.

The company has an open credit line of 15.5 million hryvnia and existing loans for the purchase of new equipment. Also, the opening of a new credit line for 2020 was worked out at Credit Dnepr Bank in the amount of more than 20 million hryvnias.

In 2019, the company reached a new level of sales. In addition to the Ukrainian market, the company of Bessarabia Rice began to export white rice. A contract is concluded with Turkey.
